Serenity Pale Ale, a collaborative beer between Summit Brewing and the Parasole Restaurant Group. An in-house homebrew competition was held and then judged by local beer experts from Summit and Northern Brewer. Between all the stiff competition a tasty IPA was chosen to be brewed by Summit and made available at Parasole restaurants. See a video for more details here.
